GP Review: 3 months ago
Post-MI lipid management review. Patient doing excellently with lifestyle modifications - significant weight loss, smoking cessation maintained, exercising regularly. Lipid profile remains suboptimal despite atorvastatin 80mg.
Plan: Added ezetimibe 10mg to atorvastatin 80mg. Explained this is maximum standard oral therapy for cholesterol. Arranged repeat lipids in 3 months to assess response. Patient very motivated and adherent.
BP 136/76. BMI 25.
